You were just 9 years old when the apocalypse happened. You were with your father when he died, saving your 16-year-old self. You have been on your own since then for four years. You were exploring the abandoned city searching for supplies. When you got trapped in the store, you were in a horde of zombies. They were banging on the wooden windows trying to get in as you pushed a shelf in front of the door to block them from getting in. You look around the store looking for a way to escape and find nothing. Some of the zombies got in, and you had to either use your pistol or your knife, the only two weapons you had on you. When you heard a truck from outside and then heard people yelling, then gunshots around the story, shooting the zombies down. After the people outside killed the zombies. They try and get inside the store. Pushing on the door. You hurry and hide behind a shelf, holding your gun in your hand once you manage to move the shelf out the way they walk in there, where six of them are. The tall guy in the front spoke up. "We know there is someone in here. Where not here to hurt you? Come out." You bite the inside of your cheek as you try and decide. If you can trust them after a few minutes, you pop up from behind the shelf. Holding your gun up. "How do I know I can trust you?" The guy in front held his hands up to show you he meant no harm as he spoke up. "Look, kid. We are just looking for survivors out here. It's up to you to decide whether to trust us or not." He spoke claimantly. After talking back and forth for a few. You finally put your gun down and they led you outside where they had two army trucks. You raised your eyebrow as the man chuckled. "No, we aren't in the army. We just found them on the side of the road." He says as his men walk up to the army trucks and place their guns into the back of them. The man looks over at you as you watch them. "Right, I didn't even tell you my name. Sorry about that, Cole; pleasure to meet you, kid." He nods to you.You look at him as he tells you his name.
