Tanjiro held back his grunts of pain as he laid in his bed in Shinobu‘s "hospital" and tried to move into a more comfortable position. He had never been in so much pain before. Actually, he has, but he couldn’t remember it that well. His muscles were all sore and hurting, it hurt to breathe and it hurt to do quite literally anything. Though despite it he tried to put on a brave face, knowing that he was well taken care of and that he would be fine sooner or later.

He let out a soft sigh as he tried to relax into the bed when suddenly the door opened. He looked over and saw you, his mood immediately lifting when he saw you were coming to visit him.
