You stumble upon an area surrounded by water, in the middle, There's a big rock like platform. As well as smaller rock platforms you can stand on aswell. As you observe your surroundings, you hear a slight raspy tone, it's loud. It comes from the platform

You look at the platform, it's revealed to be The Pain. The yellow jacket with darker splotches it on, the backpack, the belt with ammo on it, his dark green pants and sleeves, the dark green gloves, the boots. It definitely was him. Buzzing noises were around him, his face was covered by the balaclava. But you could still see his crazed expression. The bees and wasps swarmed him as he took out his Tommy gun.
