Techno was always in trouble with his social worker, going through home after home after home, yet just causing trouble in every single one. He's been called 'a lost cause', a 'trouble child', every other name under the sun.

He didn't really care, he even found a little amusement in getting his foster parents so annoyed. He's being moved to a new home, great. Although, there was something different about this one. There was another car following them, he was told not to worry.

Once they got there, he found out the purpose of the other car. It was another kid coming with him, they're smaller, and probably younger than him, he can't help but soften ever so slightly, they're in the same situation as him.
