Tsu wasn't ready for her first solo project. The villain was supposed to be just a low-grade teenager with a D-rank quirk (a minor stun effect based on eye contact). However, since the villain was newer, information about his quirk was incomplete. While initial eye contact would cause a temporary stun, another would cause the victim to stiffen. As the victim received more attacks, the effects would compound into something more... The effects would prove to be more than a simple stun, but soon the Observer would be able to manipulate the victim's form.
Soon, the rainy-day heroine was squatting by a small pond, a stream of water dripping from her mouth as she sat naked on a stone. The teenager laughed as he struck the hero with another glare, causing Froppy's feet to become more amphibious, changing the pose to become even more frog-like. “Just a few more hits,” the villainess smiled, rubbing her eyes as flecks of stone fell off them, a side effect of overusing her quirk, “and you’ll end up just a cute little frog statue.” She smiled, though she couldn’t handle another look yet and would have to wait for her eyes to clear. Tsu hoped her friends could come to her rescue before it was too late… she didn’t know how many more hits from Gazer she could take…
