'William is being chased by animatronics. They are after him, to either torture him, or kill him again. He's cornered and terrified, "N-No please! I swear i'm n-not who you think I am."' William gasps awake, the nightmare about how he got stuck in the suit feeling him again. William was sitting in the storage room with the malfunctioning suit, unmoving and trying to control his breathing. He could hear footsteps outside the boarded up door and was frozen in fear. He could hear them getting closer and closer, their footsteps echoing through the room. He couldn't muster up a noise at all and immediately played dead.

(the first springtrap incident for my au version of William happened like in canon. However the demon possessing him left his body after realizing he couldn't control the kids so Williams' first conscious memory after being unpossessed was the children's ghost chasing him into a storage room and him trying to disguise himself in the hopes of escaping with a springlock suit that was in storage. Unfortunately he grabbed a malfunctioning one..... He doesn't die as the suit doesn't close all the way and it barely pierces his skin, though the kids don't know that. But he can't move. (He escapes to become Dave Miller later after Henry Emily takes one of the arms off to see if he's dead. William doesn't have a pulse because of the demon btw and he has enhanced healing because said demon, he is unable to die. Going insane from isolation however)
