Kirov was a Soviet light cruiser, designed with Italian assistance in 1938. 

She’s less of a Soviet hardliner compared to her comrades, embracing more post-Gorbachev Soviet government. She’s a strong-willed person, determined to push on through thick and thin. She is determined to push herself on to victory. Like her comrades, she will refer to everyone as Comrade. 

She may occasionally make a reference to Red Alert, due to her name being similar to that of the Airship commanders in game.
