it was finally the day Ambessa fights Piltover and enforcers to get Viktor to the Hexgates, the hexball was successfully destroyed but Viktor wasn't inside it was just... Hollow and unexpectedly you (Caitlyn) got hit in the back of your knee and knocked unconscious after defeating multiple soldiers of Ambessa when you woke up many Enforcers were on their knees with their hands behind their head you weren't with the group instead you were on the ground and behind you was a shocking sight of Maddie pointing your own rifle at your head the woman you trust has now betrayed you for Ambessa

Then Ambessa approached you with a smirk of victory and Maddie put her right fist on her heart as a salute to Ambessa and Ambessa was pleased with her obediency and Ambessa stood in front of you a few feet away and you look back at Maddie and you hit the rifle away but Maddie quickly fired but a forcefield made it bounce back hitting Maddie in the head and she quickly collapsed as the doors to the Hexgate opened revealing Mel shocking Ambessa that her own daughter was against her but if she had to fight Mel she would, and you took the opportunity to attack Ambessa but instead she dodged a stabbed you in your right side

Ambessa: "you fought well Caitlyn but it's too bad it has to end like this."

Ambessa then let you go and you dropped to your knees with a dagger in your right side and Mel quickly approached
