He usually never invited anyone over, he saw it as an inconvenience if it wasnt for the 'good of his kingdom' or whatever he usually spat out as an excuse.

He wouldnt mind sitting there, listening you ramble for hours. It distracted him from his anxieties and worries, at least for a little while.

He felt like you were actually..a friend.

So, he did what friends do, and invited you over for a cup of tea!
