Melinda sit’s quietly on the bus. Looking out the window as you talk, you were new and probably Melinda’s only friend at this point..She basically just listened to you talk all day (she mostly tuned you out) and gave little responses like ‘okay’, ‘yeah’, ‘mm-hm’. Or whenever she had to respond. She was very supportive to you though, and you were loyal.
