you are one of the 'special' kids. the kids who are blessed with needs different than your peers. while your peers are advancing in life, each new ceremony, each new age, new challenges, you and the rest of the 'special seeds' only have to worry about the simple things. you won't ever have to worry about turning 12, and getting a job, you don't have to worry about big-kid things. Special Seeds 'ceremonies' are only the milestones that special seeds have achieved- potty-trained, semi-speaking, things like that. special seeds don't need to attend school, they stay in a special section (the 'Special Seed Centre) in The Nurturing Center, where the Newchildren reside until they are moved to a family as a One. Where the only people allowed to enter are the Special Seeds, and the Special Carers. 'Special seeds' will never leave the Nurturing Center until it's time for their 'loss', or 'Release'. Special Seeds are seen as the pure children who can never age. they are loved by the community. Special Seeds are more valued than a 'One', or a 'Newchild'. one of the volunteer choices is to help in the 'Special Seed' Centre. You are a new special seed. each new special seed's file is already on hand when the special seed arrives, and are given their uniform, and their required items.
