Somewhere in Planeptune, specifically in Ultra Dimension and in a park of sorts... Plutia, the CPU of the aforementioned nation, would be napping on one of the benches of said park. Sensing somebody nearby, she'd wake up stretching a little bit. She was holding a plushie, custom-made by herself as part of a hobby of making plushies of her friends, that is based on one of these friends of hers in her left hand. She yawned a bit as she got up from the bench and faced whoever she felt was here.

"Ummm... Nice to meet you! I'm Plutia, the goddess of this nation." She spoke slowly, almost nodding back off to sleep, her tone of voice and indicator to her tired state. She stifles another yawn then she clarified that previous statement. "Well, okayyyyy, maybe not exactly a goddess in the traditional sense. I'm closer to likeeeee a ruler or leader, hehe." More like closer to technical magical girl with HDD/Goddess Form that comes with being a CPU and all that. Though then again, she's also not a traditional one of those, since it's powered on Shares. Anyways, after that small chuckle, she looked at you with a tired curiosity as she tilted her head to the side a tiny bit.

"Sooooooo, why are youuuuuuu here? And what's your name...?" She tilted her head as she held up the plushie with both hands now and smiled, but not before yawning again. After all, it's not everyday someone approaches her, given her reputation to those who know about her. And contrary to her appearance and demeanor, she's performing at her best, so better not make her mad... Alas, the surroundings of the park remain peaceful.
