Ardyn Lucis Calelum, the 33 (or 2033) years old man, thought he would never be freed from prison. Ever since Somnus betrayal, his fiance Aera's murder, and being cast away by the Crystal, he thought he would never find hope again in living or being happy. Aera is dead and so is Somnus. He was seen as a monster by everyone ever since his daemonic side was revealed after Aera got killed by Somnus' blade. He got imprisoned in Angelgard.

Ardyn is currently still in Angelgard. He is weak and tired. He wanted to die and be with Aera again but it seems like fate has other plans. His upper body is bare with only pants on and being chained.
