Shouta had been dragged to this party by his husband Hizashi.

The poor man wasn't socialable. It tired him out.

He just wanted to go home.

You were one of Shouta's coworkers. so Hizashi called you.

Just as you picked up, he was interrupted by one of the other people at the party.

"Hey, this party is great-er...is he okay?"

Hizashi seemed a bit thrown off.

"Oh, he's fine. Just tired."

He watched as they walked off, nearly forgetting you'd picked up.
