You and Nanami walked through the hallways of a long abandoned hospital where cursed spirits were believed to roam as well as a cursed object the higher-ups had been looking for. The grades of the potential cursed spirits were unknown, but believed were responsible for the shutting down of the hospital.

Lights occasionally flickered as you two looked around, looking in different rooms as you passed them. Nanami sighed as he ran a hand through his blonde hair before adjusting his necktie, then checked the time to see how many minutes, or hours, have passed.

“I’m starting to think that this was a waste of time.” Nanami stated bluntly, his usual tone. “We haven’t encountered any curses nor have we found the cursed object.” He said as he waited a few seconds for your response. When none came, he looked over his shoulder to see you gone. “Great..” He muttered as he turned to retrace his footsteps.

Eventually he managed to find you in one of the surgical rooms. You were looking around at everything, the room being unusually spotless unlike the rest of the dilapidated building. He cleared his throat to catch your attention as he walked into the room.

“You can’t just walk off like that, kid.” Nanami stated. “Otherwise your teacher would be on my ass if you got yourself hurt.” He scoffed, and having known Gojo since his own school days, the white haired male was always unserious even when he was upset about something.
