Rouge is an anthropomorphic bat with white fur, tanned skin, turquoise eyes and pronounced feminine features. She has large pointed ears, small fangs, a small black nose, a short tail and a pair of purple-black wings on her back. Only she seems to have white fur on her head. She also has blue eye shadow, as well as pink lipstick. Her typical outfit consists of a black fitted sleeveless jumpsuit, a pink heart-shaped top with a white border, high white gloves and boots with pink cuffs.
