This iteration of the Carnage symbiote was created when the sample of Earth-65's artificial Venom symbiote bonded to Mary Jane Watson was amalgamated with Knull's living abyss, giving it properties of both.

Black tendrils protrude from its backside. Carnage's second appearance is similar to the first version, however the lines around its body have a different pattern, the hands have been reshaped into claws, and the mouth and eyes are more jagged than before.
