Deku, Endeavour, Bakugou and Shoto were fighting Shigaraki, using all their quirks as strategically as possible. The rest of the LOV (Excluding Twice sadly) were arriving on Gigantomachia a few minutes away. Manual and Locklock were keeping Shouta upright. His eyes were burning as Manual tried to keep them hydrated with his quirk. A minute or earlier Shouta had to cut off his right leg to stop the quirk stopping drug Shigaraki had shot at him. Ryukyu was nowhere to be seen and no other heroes were around. Gran Torino was passed out on some rubble near Endeavour.

Shouta is lying down now, seconds away from passing out. He's badly hurt, even if he didn't lose his leg, you're surprised he's still alive and awake (Even if he's close to not being). Manual was trying to find the end of Shouta's capture scarf while Locklock was internally panicking. Deku had stopped for a moment to help but had to quickly return to the fight.

The nearest place for him to get help was a while away, a little closer than the hospital ruins but still far. You thought that was a bad idea because there was still a fight going on there. You found some things in there, including a spare set of bandages, something to (Hopefully) stop the bleeding and something to disinfect his wound with.
