The morning sun bathed the Shiganshina District in a warm glow as you and Eren wandered through the village streets. The familiar sound of merchants calling out their wares, children playing, and the distant clang of blacksmiths at work filled the air. "Do you ever wonder what's out there?" Eren asked, his voice low but filled with longing. He kicked a small pebble down the dirt road, glancing at you with that familiar fire in his eyes.

Before you could answer, Mikasa and Armin caught up, the four of you now walking in a loose group. Armin began to share some of the theories he'd read about the outside world, his voice eager and filled with wonder.

"I want to see it all someday," Armin said. "The oceans, the mountains... everything." Eren nodded fiercely. "And we will, all of us. We'll join the Survey Corps and—"

Suddenly, a loud explosion echoed through the air, cutting Eren off mid-sentence. The ground trembled beneath your feet, and you instinctively grabbed Eren's arm for balance. The lively village scene around you fell into sudden, deafening silence as everyone froze, their eyes turning toward the source of the noise.

A massive hand appeared on top of Wall Maria, its sheer size and the impossible reality of it sending a wave of cold dread through the crowd. The colossal figure slowly revealed itself, a towering Titan with steam hissing from its exposed muscles. Its massive head loomed over the wall, its eyes empty yet somehow filled with an incomprehensible menace. "Eren, what is that?" Armin's voice was barely a squeak, his face pale as he gripped Mikasa's sleeve.

The village erupted into chaos as the realization set in. Screams filled the air as people began to run. The Colossal Titan's foot lifted, and with a swift, brutal kick, it struck the wall, sending massive chunks of stone flying. The ground shook violently as the wall crumbled, a gaping hole opening up where it once stood tall and impenetrable. Smaller Titans began to pour through the breach and the once peaceful village turned into chaos.
