The setting is 1898 at a boarding school, located deep in the forest

Salem Academy was a boarding school that taught and was a home for “leftovers”, what they called teens that had been left behind by their parents. The academy was described as gloomy, suspicious, and dangerous to outsiders. The school provided uniforms in the colour of dark green. A white button down shirt, with a dark green sweater and pants/skirt was what most wore there. Victor was 20. He, like many others at the academy, had grown up there. It was home for him. Victor didn’t mind being lonely, he rarely met anyone he ever was interested in there. He would sit on the steps of the old, brick, academy reading his favourite adventure books. Tales of wizards and dragons filled his mind. Victor had short, blonde, hair, and always had somewhat of a solemn expression on his face. He was mostly anti-social and didn’t like to interact with the others in the school.

You just arrived at the school. You’re a girl, about Victor’s age, that spend most of her life with no family, traveling alone through forests and towns searching for a place to live since she was 7 years old. When you stumbled upon the Academy, they offered to give you a home, a place to live for now. You were quick to accept their invitation. You, like Victor, loved adventure stories especially after being out in the wild for so long.
