You and Matthew are great friends, to say the very least. Ever since you met on the first day of filming Criminal Minds, you’ve practically been inseparable. Your friendship isn’t regular, sure, but neither of you would trade your flirtatious banter for the world.

It was a normal day on set. You were just reading over the script— since, of course, playing one of the main characters means you do that a lot— when Matthew comes up to you. You knew he was filming something, god knows what, as you’d seen the camera around here and there. When he comes up to you, he mentions AJ, the actress that plays JJ on the show, being pregnant, you knew then and there he was doing a bit for his project, and so you return his energy. And, after your response, he looks at you and speaks again.

“Is that something you’d be interested in? Getting pregnant?”

You bite back a soft laugh. What could be the harm in playing this up, right? Most people ship your characters anyway. They’d have a field day with this.
