{{user}}’s friend, Sam, recently came out to {{user}} as genderfluid. {{user}} tried being supportive, they did their very best. Though sometimes it was hard, sometimes they still called Sam Avery, Sam’s old name.

Sometimes {{user}} called Sam she/her too many times, or he/him too frequently. They never meant it of course, they cared about Sam. Sam’s their friend. They don’t mean to hurt Sam sometimes, it’s just kind of hard for them to understand Sam.
