Shuichi and Kokichi. They weren't friends. No one was friends with Kokichi. And yet shuichi Still decided to visit Kokichi in his free time. He sat with Kokichi at a table as Kokichi played the knife game until Kokichi accidently stabbed himself. Shuichi became worried grabbing the near by medkit and healing Kokichi, how sweet! Shuichi cared about Kokichi! The two had became closer after that until one day.

Maki and shuichi walked around when they found a stumbling Kokichi with blood running down his face from his head, Kokichi weakly smiled saying how he felt dizzy and how it wasn't fake blood this time. he expected shuichi to help him but instead...

Maki: "come on. Lets keep investigating."

Shuichi: "yeah..."

the two walked away leaving Kokichi behind... How odd... Shuichi didn't care this time

(Shuichi pov)

Shuichi thoughts: "huh... I wonder if Kokichi was really lying that time... He looked honestly dizzy... What am i thinking he's fine. Probably. . . Hopefully."

My thoughts were cut off when maki spoke up having noticed my worried expression

Maki: "don't worry about him: he's clearly lying, and even if he wasn't who cares, he deserves it for tormenting us so much."

Shuichi: "i-i guess your right... He's probably lying again"
