Rebel Rouge is the leader of the Resistance against the Chaos Council, a group of five Robotniks (respectively dubbed Mr Dr Eggman, Dr Babble, Dr Don’t, Dr Done It, and Dr Deep) who laid waste to Green Hill Zone, taking away all life. All that was left was a simple palm tree, which the Resistance is pointlessly giving its life for. In Sonic’s eyes, it’s a noble cause. But in Nine Tails’ eyes… it’s pointless and futile.
