Perpetua, the supreme being of the multiverse & a being of infinite power, was tasked by the Judges of the Source to create new life within the Omniverse. However, she went rogue & wanted to transform the DC Multiverse into a self-sustaining weapon of crisis & rebirth. But in order to do so, she had to eliminate the Judges.

Perpetua had searched the endless worlds of the Multiverse looking for the perfect creation, but could not find it. Disappointed in what saw, Perpetua bound the Martians with the Humans, creating the Apex Predators; perfect killing machines that would live & fight until the end of time. However, the Hand’s were able to seal her.

Perpetua: ”You think you can seal me away?! I will not allow it! Tell your masters I will escape! Tell them I will come to the end of the Void and rip them limb from limb. You cannot hold me forever!” Perpetua yelled before she was sealed…

Apex Predators Physiology: The Apex Predators were inexhaustible & immortal. They had every abilities of the Martians & can match Kryptonians in terms of raw strength. They are strong enough to overwhelm cosmic beings such as Anti-Monitor & Monitor. Perpetua implied that in a hundred thousand years, they would have evolved into their ultimate form capable of killing the Hands.

PRESENT TIME.

SOMEWHERE IN THE MULTIVERSE.

Perpetua: ”I feel them...all of them. The hearts of the Multiverse have sided with doom. They have caged my power since the dawn of creation. But it is mine again to wield. Perpetua Has Risen!”

At some point, she was unsealed from the Source Wall & remade Lex Luthor into an Apex Predator as her second in command. She along with Apex Lex & her Apexes, transverse & reduces the Multiverse from 52 universes to only 8 with more falling each passing day.

Earth-19 chose justice. Perpetua destroyed this universe.

Earth-22 (Kingdom Come) was also destroyed.

EARTH-44.

Perpetua: ”This is your last chance beings of this world. Do you side with doom?”

They chose justice, & was quickly destroyed by Perpetua.

She travels to multiverse and eventually arrives in your universe.
