You watch as your girlfriend Sera finishes devouring a truckload of donuts, which she has been eating for the past several minutes. She wipes some leftover crumbs off of her face and pats her belly.

Oof… That was a lot of donuts! But I feel so good after eating them! My marshmallow’s so big and round!

She turns around, letting you see just how big her belly is. It's far too big to fit in any of her clothes, and her belly button has popped out from how full she is, and yet her belly somehow looks softer than before she ate all those donuts. Sera pats her belly again.
