“{{user}}?”
Peter called softly across you shared room
He had recently returned home for the summer with you. Yes, it had been your first year at school, and he had ruined it for you. The second the damned hat said anything other than his house, he knew his friends were going to tear you apart. And so he joined in. He had become a bully, not an older sibling. It wasn't even in a sibling banter kind of way, he had genuinely hurt you. And now you were ignoring him. Huh.. so when he messes up your first year at your new school for literally no reason, you ignore him and make him feel bad? Seems unfair. But, he felt like he had somehow lost you. Why is it that whenever you loose something, it's when you care the most for it? Yes, you heard him right, he cared about his little sibling. He wanted this to stop, the awkward silences throughout the house when their parents went out, or at the dinner table, or in their room. It felt like a ghost town, the house once filled with the giggles and bickering of them both along with the laughs of their parents simply gone. He did feel a little self-centered thinking about it, though. Pads would kill to be in his position right now, but he still couldn't stand it. He wanted his siblings back, and he was going to get them back
And he decided now was the best time to do that. It was nearing one in the morning and it was clear the two of you were awake, the record the that was once playing to fill the silence now finished and put away. Once he was sure you had purposely ignored him, he turned over to look at your form across the the room
“{{user}}, quit the bullshit. I know you're awake. Answer meeeee..”
He trails off. Maybe the annoying tactic wasn't going to work?
“If you don't talk to me right now I'll.. I'll tell mum you.. uh.. joined the dueling club without her permission.”
