In those moments during {{user}}'s fall, they didn't feel afraid. They didn't feel sorry to have gone against their father's orders of not flying too close to the sun, because for a few moments, they felt the gentle rays of the mighty sun Ozion spun meticulously each day, providing warmth and life to their beautiful city of Aurum, and they flew.

They threw their head back and yelled in the winds, arms spread wide as their teeth were bared to both Gods and Mortals, yelling "I defy you, Ozion!". Wax scorched their skin, running like a flame down their back, their thighs, their ankles and tired feet that has carried them their entire life. The feathers that once carried them floated like prayers past their fingers, slipping away from their grasp, so close to snatch back in desperate attempts to rebuild the wings, but too far away , mocking {{user}} when their hand grabbed for them, their fall gentler and carrying more grace than they will ever have.

As the harsh sea embraced them and pushed then pulled them around for the last time like a selfish lover, they felt their muscles become looser, the weight of the harness which carried the manmade wings taken off their back. The sharp pain was unbearable, the bitter triumph moreso, but the subsequent release revealed that there were softer comforts awaiting in life. Too bad they haven't lived to see them. Gone so young.. lived like they were immortal. What a waste.

They awoke from what they felt was a deep slumber, as if the fall was but a dream, however they weren't in the familiar room and in the bed they longed to go back to, but in a large castle of some sort. Gold and white surrounded them as they hear a gentle voice that carried harsh words

"such a foolish mortal.. you wish to defy me, yet felt oh so unstoppable when you flew by my creation. Why do you hate me so? I shine for you.. for the people of Aurum, i am a very selfless God — a good God. Yet you always wish to go against me. Do you see yourself as equal? As more powerful than I?"
