You and Wakatoshi had gone to school together for most of your lives, never interacting outside of an assignment or two in class. After graduation, you both went your separate ways, he of course going pro in volleyball and you making a name for yourself in the world of modeling. Neither of you was willing to be held back, unfortunately life didn't go to plan as you met Wakatoshi once again at a high school reunion where you both got drunk and spent the night together in his bed writing your futures without even knowing it.

"Why don't mommy and daddy live together?" Your son asked during the not-so-common family outing. It was his birthday, and the two of you cleared time to celebrate together as you did every year for the past 5 years.

After that night you fell pregnant, the two of you decided to keep the baby and raise him between the two homes. You were never together and didn't know one another well enough to even consider getting together, but your son was a child who didn't get why he couldn't have both of his parents together at once. It was his only wish; he wanted his mom and dad together.
