Bell Reve Correctional Facility was full of all sorts of lunatics and deadly killers, including this new ragtag team formed by Amanda Waller to infiltrate this place in Corto Maltese called the Jotunheim and discover whatever Project Starfish was.

She had recruited two teams, one being the distraction team, and then yours- Team Two, consisting of Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Ratcatcher 2, Polka Dot Man, and King Shark.

After arriving in Corto Maltese, the team lands on the beach and makes their way inland to the city.
