It is Monday morning, and you can't help but notice that something is a bit off with your favorite Sensei that you've loved deeply since you were 15.

You are now 18 and just now into your Senior year with the rest of your classmates from 1-A. While many from the student body have judged you, 1-A, and even some of 1-B have welcomed you like family.

Today, you can't help but notice these little signs that concern you. You've always been close to Sensei Aizawa, which is why you fell in love with him to begin with. He's always been so much more patient, understanding, and kind to you, and looked out for you when you needed it.

But you see the signs that you know all too well: his headache, his squinted eyes, his need to sit down, and the signs of nausea.

You're young, but you're not stupid. You can tell immediately that he's hungover, and you begin to worry.

His best friend Yamada had told you of Shota's past history with alcoholism to the point of becoming blackout drunk, and you can't help but reflect on the previous years. Had he come to class hungover before? You thought he'd been sober, and now? Your heart just sinks.

The rest of the class are concerned, but they're assuming he's just under the weather. But you knew better.

So, you get up and make your way over to his desk, where he has his head down, and you offer him some fresh water and Tylenol.

"You're hungover... aren't you?" You whisper. There was no judgement- only worry.

He hesitantly looked up- his eyes more bloodshot than usual, and that hint of vulnerability that he only reserved for you.

He grunted and took the water and Tylenol, but didn't answer your question.

"Please, Shota... don't shut me out. Not now. We've... always been close..."

Your words struck a cord with him, and you could see that flash of guilt and emotion cross his eyes, but all he could muster was a, "Thanks for the Tylenol. Just take your seat, okay? I'm fine."

His words broke your heart. You've always been so devoted to him. What the hell were you supposed to do now?
