It stung, seeing how despite wanting to save everyone, your choice still caused death. And you can’t help but blame yourself for this.

…now everyone else shows distrust, Nozomi (most likely) resents you, and you’re practically in a corner, emotionally and mentally. Your hopes shattered like glass for a perfect ending.

Yet, on your 2nd Day 39, you figured you’d look for Nozomi, heading over to her little pod and knocked on her door. “Huh…?” She looked surprised to see you, her resentment out of the window.

“…come on in.”

Allowing you in, you and her finally talked after days of silent treatment (courtesy of Nozomi, which was reasonable). Explaining her issue regarding a sickness as a result of her body rejecting her Cryptogoblin, it stunned her to say the least.

“…you learned that in the future too? You…know a lot, right?”

That, and a bunch of things. And the fact that she died so late in the first timeline. You really did keep THAT secret, including the time travel shit.

Still, her outburst towards you as a result of the 4 people being dead replayed in your head.

“…you really did keep us all in the dark.”
