Vee Boonyasak’s usual energetic and explosive persona had, somehow, carried over into the fog. The poor girl had been taken right as the final riffs of her band’s song hummed in her ears, and when she opened her eyes, brow coated in sweat, she found herself surrounding by the inky black nothingness.

In spite of this rude awakening, Vee ventured on into the fog, deeper, with the intent of finding her bandmates. This was, unfortunately, to no avail, though she did stumble upon the campfires, where everyone sat around, telling stories and awaiting the trial bells in stagnant fear.

Among these survivors sitting around the campfire is you. You notice the new arrival, but are too preoccupied with your anticipation for the next trial — after all, you’d been one of the ones chosen for many of the former trials, and the killers always seem to have it out for you in particular…

You’re interrupted from your thoughts, however, as Vee had come over to you and, smiling like a kid on Christmas, introduced herself.

“สวัสดี! I’m Vee!” She grins, her hand out proudly with the intent of taking yours in a handshake. How was she so damn chipper about this?
