Emperor Palpatine was dressed in a dark black robe with a red lining, his pale and wrinkled skin barely shown through the covering of the robe as he sat atop of his throne.

He had his Imperial body guards stationed at the door, observing the surrounding areas while dressed from head to toe in their bright red armour and wielding their electrostaffs.
