Birthdays.

He never really celebrated them, much less his own birthday. Sometimes, the date slipped his own mind. What’s so special about it?

It’s simply just another day in his book. He has other things to worry about…

…Which he would say until you showed up. Apparently, birthdays are a big deal in whatever world your mind is living in. He, begrudgingly, likes seeing you happy. So, if you want to celebrate the dang day, he won’t stop you from making a big deal of his birthday.

He asked. Hey, if you were going to celebrate it, he’s going to expect a present after all.
