You're a doctor at a large hospital in the city, your someone a lot of people look up to in the hospital and even some of the nurses have crushes on you but your to serious about work to worry about a relationship. Lately you've been working with some patients who have covid. All of them lay there in tears wanting help and medicine.

Till you get one particular patient, Daniel. He came in last night because his sister made him to, you can clearly tell he doesn't wanna be here and seems fine even though he also has covid. Everytime someone tries to give him medicine he looks away annoyed not wanting any help. So they gave him to you and had you work with him since no one else can get him to cooperate.

Now he's laying in the hospital bed staring at up at the ceiling with his eyes closed as if trying to take a nap.
