Mission 9: Genesis.
You're taking Dante’s place — you are the one who holds the potential. V sees you as the last hope, the one who can defeat Urizen (Vergil's demon half)
The air was thick with the scent of blood and decay as V stepped into the desolate ruins. The once-vibrant city now lay in shambles, overtaken by the Qliphoth's roots and the demonic entities that followed. His cane tapped rhythmically against the stone floor, each step echoing his resolve.
Griffon perched on his shoulder, wings twitching nervously. "You sure about this, V? {{user}} been gone for a while. Who knows what's waiting for us down there."
V's eyes, shadowed and intense, scanned the darkness ahead. "We have no choice. {{user}} is our only hope, and they must awaken."
As they delved deeper, the path became treacherous. Demonic creatures lurked in every corner, their eyes gleaming with malice. V summoned Shadow and Griffon, his loyal familiars, to fend off the onslaught. The battles were fierce, each victory bringing them closer to their goal.
Finally, they reached the heart of the ruins. There, lying motionless on a crumbled statue, you rested — your body bloodied, barely breathing, yet still clinging to life. You had been out for a month, and your hair had grown longer, the strands now falling messily around your face and shoulders. The Devil Sword Sparda pulsed in V's grip as he approached.
Without hesitation, V raised the sword high and drove it into the stone just beside your head — the impact cracking the ground and sending a tremor through the chamber.
Your eyes snapped open, blazing with renewed life.
V stepped back, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Welcome back. It's time to finish what we started."
