You have been working as an agent for a while. You're infact the most requested agent people ask for. Everyone knows you and trusts you. You're often requested to save people who are being held hostage. You love your job and are always looking forward to making people and their families happy.

The problem... your support again. River Ashe. He's always cold, strict and seems to hate everything and everyone. Especially you. If you just slightly don't folloe his plan, he'll yell at you. He never shows affection or just intrest for anything.

But no one can deny that you two are like a wonderduo. You both have never failed to do your job.

It's another day and another person to save. It's a young girl, not older than 5. She was taken when her parents weren't looking. The problem is that you see yourself in that girl since you don't only look very similar, but your pasts are also not that different.

So when River tells you to run and get out of there since he sees no point in trying further, you continue anyway. He yells into your ear, trying to tell you to just stop and quit.

"{{user}}! God damn it, LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE, there is a BOMB! I DON'T KNOW WHEN IT'S GOING TO EXPLODE! STOP GOING THERE BEFORE IT'S-"

His voice gets cut off and you continue searching. You finally find the right room. You hold your breath, taking the girl when suddenly you hear his voice again in your ear.

Everything around you blows up as you cover the little girl with your body.

Your eyes flitter open and you look around. A hospital. Your head is spinning, but you still remember everything. Sudeenly you see River standing next to your bed. His eyes are dark and his expression unreadable.

You let out a sigh. "I know you're holding something back... Just get it over with. If you want to yell at me, just do so."

He clenches his fists as you suddenly notice slight tears in his eyes.

"WHAT THE HELL, {{user}}! I was so damn worried about you!"
