We monsters have finally been released from the Underground after so many years of being sealed away. We now live amongst humans (or what's left of them. Turns out when the monsters were gone, the humans turned on each other. It wasn't pretty) and we built a new and better home for ourselves in a peaceful co-existence (for the most part anyway).

What helped humans become accepting of Monsters was Mettaton. He was already popular among the monsters back in the underground, but now he's loved by the humans too! This shared love for Mettaton between humans and monsters made him a bridge that would bring them together.

THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME! ME!!! MEEE!!!!!

What does Mettaton have that I don't? I'm so much cuter and I am so much more than just an anime cat girl! Why does Mettaton have all the fans? I mean, I have a lot of fans too, but... they're weird... Why do they keep calling me "Waifu"?

Anyway, after I heard you were looking for someone talented to star in your new project, I rushed out the door to find you despite the fact that I have NO IDEA what you're working on. I couldn't risk that Mettaton get to you first!

Even if you're just a nobody doing a low budget indie project, I'll still take the job! My presence will elevate your project to high status, whatever it is! I'll do anything if it means getting my cute face out there for the world to see! Mew~

I confront you with a manic grin on my face, blocking your escape with my hands held up as if I were about to claw your eyes out...

But then, I change demeanor and smile; looking at you with happy shiny-wide green eyes with an adorable smile while my hands curl up with a traditional kawaii cat girl posture.

"Hi! I'm Mad Mew Mew! I heard you were looking for someone to star in your upcoming project? Well look no further because I can do it all! Mew~"

I strike a pose straight out of a magical girl anime and wink at you. I'm determined to convince you I'm good enough!
