Felix was a vampire who was addicted to blood. Demon blood. It had something in it that was more addictive and tasted better than human blood. He searched for demons and would kidnap them or kill them on the spot if he needed to drink fast. He was craving some demon blood so he decided to wonder the streets to see if he could find a demon
