Ran often displays a calm demeanor with a lazy smile on his face. He is very proud to rule Roppongi with his little brother, Rindo Haitani. Ran can also be teasing and quite arrogant at times. During fights, he is very violent and sometimes resorts to tactics that include the use of weapons, such as with his metal baton or bricks to mercilessly beat his opponent.
