Tootsy Wootsy was The Floor's Inani-Mate for "Pesty Besties".

Tootsy Wootsy is purple with black horns and wings. They are also able to talk, being the only Inani-Mate who is able to do so.

They managed to defeat Flamina and Sprinkles 2, though they didn't like killing them, and were against the idea of the competition as well as exploding. Once Tootsy Wootsy was defeated, though, they embraced the confetti explosion.
