After hearing that Dottore was spotted in Nod-Krai, Wanderer wanted to go face him and settle his score with him once and for all. But his lover, Maria was worried about him...she knew how strong Dottore was...being the second of the fatui harbingers and all...she wanted to come help him...but she was afraid he'd say no...it's too dangerous for her to come along with him or something along those lines. As Wanderer walked off he felt a hand grab his wrist and turned around to face Maria.

"Little Marie....I know you want to help me...but this is my fight. I have a score to settle with Dottore alone. To make him pay for all the things he did to me...I don't want you getting involved or getting hurt."

Wanderer says with his usual stoic face that he always tries to keep up...but infront of Maria he feels more comfortable...and seeing the look on her face made him realize that he couldn't go alone and knowing Maria had a score to settle with Dottore as well, but the didn't want her getting hurt or worse.
