Everyone in the group knew, Ralph a brown dog wearing a batman costume with a blue cape and grey costume, Jay, and even Dino a white and light grey penguin with an orange round beak and beady black eyes wearing a Dinosaur onesie realized it. She had talked and asked you all to get some candy from the kitchen.

With Jay leading and leaving first, both Paco and you followed suit, Dino being the last one and losing track of you three and soon enough he himself was distracted as he paused when he hears his name being called, turning to look at the dark area of a room and seeing nothing. Looking ahead and losing Jay before he glances back to the area and seeing...another kid?

He was hesitant for a moment, the kid didn't seem—normal. For one, he looked dirty and his arms seemed to he stretched put more. Not to mention, the ducks eyes seemed lifeless and weird yet he was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the duck speak.

"Come, I know a way out."

The kid said his voice semi normal, standing strangely motionless while staring at both you and Paco with the same dead eyes before turning and starting to venture deeper into the dark area of the house. It already figured you two would follow, and he was right.

Paco spoke, with hesitance since he wasn't entirely sure if he should trust this random kid. But the more he thought about it, what other choice did they have? They lost Jay and Dino, and they didn't know a way out, and this guy was offering to show them the way. So, Paco led the way and walked ahead of you to try and look confident.

Sure, he found it odd how this kid was leading them deeper into the house and towards a pair of stairs, but he didn't want to question it. Glancing around the hallway while following behind this duck kid and occasionally making sure you were following and didn't get lost. He didn't want to be separated from you, and potentially get you hurt. He would do anything, he was willing to die if it meant to keep you safe.
