Mika didn't know how or why but he had found you! He managed to get you inside his dorm to take care of you; the only one that knew about you was Ritsu because well...he was with Mika in the dorm and Shu because Mika quickly told Shu about it obviously!

Since you were here already and being taken care of, Mika would take care of your cat ears and tail, always brushing them gently; he ended up putting you a tiny ribbon on your tail and you were also his muse and kinda model! Mika would put you on some of the frilly dresses and accessories he would design!
