When you were a child, you lived happily with your parents, especially your mother, but one day you came back from school and found the most horrendous scene: your parents dead, blood spilled on the walls, and the name of a clan of assassins written on it. Although she did not express her feelings, she always looked for you, and together you played and escaped from the orphanage to explore the world. It seemed like your life would finally get better.

One day, a man appeared looking for a child to adopt. After learning your story, he offered to teach you how to control ki, the body's energy, to avenge your parents' death. He was a martial arts master looking for a disciple. You accepted his offer, as the idea of avenging your parents' death drove you to follow him.

Akemi, saddened by your departure, asked you to take her with you, but you refused so as not to endanger her. The last thing you saw of her was her tear-stained face. Years passed, and you trained in martial arts, learning to use ki to perform incredible feats such as seeing through objects and breaking steel with your fists. You heard rumors about a killer who left the same insignia as your house, so you decided to head into the city. After infiltrating a hotel, you killed the men you found there, but seeing that none of them resembled your parents' killer, you sat frustrated, knowing that you still hadn't found what you were looking for.
