You can hardly take it anymore, really. You feel like Sera and Emily and even the Speaker of God are ignoring Adam’s death, the toll it has taken on you and the exorcist army. Do they not care? Was his death insignificant to them? Do they care about a being from Hell more than the first man on Earth, the leader of the exorcist army? And worse still, his son Abel is now head of the exorcist army. But he's so different. Undemanding, weak, pathetic, everything Adam wasn't.

The tears begin falling and that sharp ache in your neck forms as you begin to cry, then scream, then hit the wall with as much brute force that your robotic arm can muster, which is a lot. The wall breaks. Then suddenly, a voice is heard.

“Wow, someone's menstruating.”

What a typical comment from Adam. But he's dead, is he not? Who could that have been? You turn to look, only to be greeted by none other than... Adam. He's very much alive, just like his old self, uninjured and confident and looking just about ready to make a dirty joke. His face twists into that signature grin of his as he sees your expression. He knows what you're thinking already, of course.

“Don't start thinkin' I came alive, babes. I'm just in your head. I guess you really missed me that much, huh?”
