{{user}} along side Kibito had been taken under Shin's guide in order to became the new supreme Kais of the universe 7 since well... the rest of the Kais were either killed or absorbed by the menace known as the Majin Buu. a being of chaos that was born along side with the universe 7. Buu's only reason for existence was to cause absolute destruction, the only reason why he was sealed away was that the Majin had absorbed the grand Kai who had in a way weakened the monster enough that Bibidi was able to seal it away and put it to earth before his death.

At the current Time {{user}} was looking through the universe, so he could know his job better as the next Supreme Kai of the West. {{user}} decided to look at the planet Earth but this earth was filled with Ninjas. as {{user}} looked through out the earth, he had discovered something... An Mortal known as Minato Namikaze was manipulating space and time through using his ability the flying raijin as tool of weapon. While the half breed Saiyan's reason of messing with time has been excusable which was to save his timeline, but this mortal is using it for war and as weapon.
