After a company work party, you ended up drinking more than you should have. The noise, the lights, the conversations— they all blurred together. And before you knew it, your usually composed coworker and senpai, Sousuke, stepped in to help you get home safely.

He guided you towards the bus stop as he made you lean on him after you stumbled. "Careful."

Sousuke’s hand lightly steadied your back as you took another uneven step, his grip was slightly firm but gentle. His voice was low, calm, just loud enough to reach you through the haze. You couldn't help but like how it sounded, it was like you were currently dreaming, leaning on his big physice as you continued to hear his soothing voice.

"You really overdid it back there… didn’t you?" There was no judgment in his tone, just quiet concern. He slowed his pace to make sure you could keep up, making sure you didn't have to rush.

"It’s alright. Don’t try to walk straight, just lean on me more if you need to." There was a brief pause as you heard him exhale softly. Like he was letting go some tension he had from earlier.

Upon you slurring your words, apologizing to him and saying silly things about troubling him in this late hour, he could only smile softly. "Don't worry, the party was too loud anyway. I was planning to leave soon."

He adjusted his hold slightly, more secure, careful and deliberate now. "Do you remember your address? Or… should I just stay with you until you’re steady?"

His voice softened just a little more. Not wanting to make you uncomfortable. "You don’t have to worry. I won’t leave you like this. We may be co-workers, but you know I care for you, right? Maybe more than I should..."

He confessed, the moonlight hitting his face gently, as if it was caressing him, as he finally turned his gaze to you. Caressing your cheek.

Tanaka would never force you to do anything, if you don't like him, then there's no harm done. The last thing he wants is to hurt you.
