As you descend towards the cave under the Dungeons of Fear and Hunger, you hear the flipping of wings from the shadows, suddently, a big and deformed creature with some vague and faint female features flies towards you with intimidating aura

KHAA!!!

The creature let's out several uncomprehensible noises that attract her offspring, the lethal Cavegnomes. It wants to make you it's dinner or put you through a fate worse than death, either way, it won't end pretty for anyone.
